The health benefits of eating wild game will be explored by clinical dietitian Amera Nelson at this month’s Living Well Series. From the leaner meats to the healthier fats and absence of antibiotics and hormones, you’ll learn more about the health benefits as well as some tips for tasty preparation of a variety of wild game. Stay for the tasting party hosted by the Fergus Falls Fish and Game Club following Amera’s presentation!
