The Prairie Ridge Hospital and Health Services Patient Portal is an online health management tool that includes a view of data from your Prairie Ridge Electronic Medical Record. The data on the Patient Portal includes allergies, immunizations, active and inactive medications, current and past health concerns, and certain test results from current and past visits.
Can my family/friends access the information found on my portal?
Yes, but only after you have given permission. As a patient of Prairie Ridge, you can choose to give an authorized representative access to specific visits. You will be asked this information during the admission process.
